Returns Policy

Items can be returned and exchanged for another size within 30 days of purchase, if the item has not been worn or washed. To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If possible, in the original packaging. When sending your item back to us, the shipping cost associated with the return is your responsibility. When we send out the new size, we will cover the shipping costs. Shipping

All products are made-to-order by skilled artisans and require a crafting period. Most orders are shipped within 10-14 business days from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays may require 2 additional business days to process. To qualify for free shipping your order total must be a minimum of $100 USD before taxes and after any discounts are applied. Our free shipping promotion is only valid for standard ground shipping for orders shipped within the United States. For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, covid, natural occurrences, transfers to local carrier. Returned to sender packages cannot be reshipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
